Fish Facts

There are many endangered fish that live in the lakes and rivers of the west, but the fish that the WCTA Raise and Release Project is focusing on is the Bonytail Chub.  This link will go in depth on facts about the Bonytail Chub  and how we were able to obtain the fish for this project. 

Tank Facts

Learning how to properly maintain the tank is the hardest part of raising any fish. Click this link to learn about the tank that the WCTA Raise and Release Project is using, and the steps necessary to make the tank habitable for fish.

The West Tech greenhouse is the location of our Aquaculture Tank, and the main sponsor of the WCTA Raise and Release project. Click this link to learn more about the greenhouse, and about the role that the greenhouse has played in helping to start the WCTA RnR Project.
